Help for Husband

My husband Les has suffered from insomnia/night terrors and chronic indigestion for most of his life. What can be done to help him become more healthy?

Thank you
Liz

Liz,

I'm sorry to hear about your husband's conditions. I get that your husband's system is overall too acidic. We all have an acid/alkaline balance in our body. A system that's too acidic can cause acid reflux, insomnia and a host of other problems. I recommend evaluation by a holistic doctor to determine if that is true. Being too alkaline can cause problems as well.

Thanks,
CJ

Who was I?

What/where/when were my past three lives? Thank you again for all you are doing.

Patricia

Patricia,

1500's in France. You were a dressmaker, female. 1742, England, Landowner, Male. You had a title. 1920's New York. You owned a business in textiles, Male. All three lifetimes you were well known for your ability to create something from nothing. You were very hardworking and had a knack for always being in the right place at the right time.

Take care,

CJ

Is she my twin?

I think I've met my twin flame but she is in a relationship. How do I know if she really is my twin?

Riz

Riz,

There are many souls that can we have connections to that are very strong. I can say that the connection you two share is substantial. You've known each other many times before so the energy is quite comfortable. In many ways she's your twin. I don't know that you'll share life as partners but this connection is very important.

Much love,
CJ

Angela

Angela,

Relationships are hard work. The key is communication. When communication breaks down, it causes trust issues. I can see that having healthy relationships is a challenge. It took me many years myself to establish a healthy relationship. The most important thing I ever learned was how to love myself and to be myself in a relationship. You have a tendency to lose yourself in relationships which causes alot of issues over time. Getting out of touch with yourself is fairly common. I recommend you take more time to get to know yourself. Discover what is important to you. Make a list of what you want in a relationship. Compare what you have now to that list. Are there things you still need? want?

Meeting our soulmate doesn't guarantee that things will go smoothly in fact we can have a great deal to learn from our soulmate which can cause challenges along the way. Look at how you define a relationship. Is it realistic?

Whatever you decide, take care of yourself and don't loose your dreams.

Love,
CJ

Pain in Thigh?

What is causing the throbbing pain in my left thigh? I am somewhat afraid to go to the Dr.

Karen

Karen,

I don't see anything too terrible going on in your thigh. Your nervous system is overreacting causing your pain. You should go to the doctor to get things checked out so you don't worry needlessly.

Take care,
CJ
